Refund Policy

At Web Craft Nepal, we strive to provide high-quality services in website development, software solutions, and digital marketing. This Refund Policy explains the professional conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for our project-based work.

1. Service Nature

Our services are digital, customized, and involve dedicated resource allocation. Due to the bespoke nature of software and web development, refunds are strictly limited once active project work has commenced.

2. Advance Payments

Advance or booking payments made before the start of a project are non-refundable once the initial planning, design, consultation, or architectural development work has been initiated by our team.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be carefully considered for approval only in these specific scenarios:

• If the project has not yet been initiated by our team resources
• If a documented duplicate payment was made in error
• If Web Craft Nepal is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal technical reasons

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable due to external costs and resource intensity:

• Custom website development after work has started
• Software development and delivered source modules
• Spent digital marketing and paid advertising credits
• Domain registration, hosting, licenses, or third-party API charges
• Any approved milestone design or historical deliverables

5. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after active development has started, no refund will be provided for the completed portion of the work, and any balance for work done up to that date will be due.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is officially approved in writing, it will be processed within 7 to 15 business days using the original payment method or a verified bank transfer as per standard accounting procedures.
